health benefits of cheese for our bodies

cheese contains many nutrients including protein, and phosphorus in large quantities because the cheese is konsetrat of milk. other than that contained in the acid content of cheese aminon that serves to build muscle tissue and increase the body's metabolism and bone growth
but it also contained within the content of the cheese also contain vitamin A which is important for the sense of sight, skin, surface tissue, and protection against infection

  1. In Germany, much cheese is consumed! Also we like to eat cheese, there are different varieties, Gouda, Tilsit, camembert Maasdam, etc. In Asia, particularly in Thailand is consumed very little cheese. This could be the unusual taste
