Coffee drinking for health benefits

Coffee has many benefits but keep in mind that too much coffee is not good for your health
The following benefits of coffee:
1. consumption of several cups of coffee a day may reduce the risk of diabetes.
2. reduce the risk of kidney stone formation and colon cancer.
3. can reduce hypertension and cholesterol.
4. several cups of coffee consumption is useful to reduce headaches and also help to expedite the liver and kidney function.
